OK, its not the most well taken video clip in the world ...! But it does give you an idea of the brilliant atmosphere in Brighton last Thursday as Bob became President of the Institute of Revenues, Rating & Valuation!
Bob has worked at North Warwickshire since March 2000 and has responsibility for a range of functions including Revenues, Benefits as well as all areas of Customer Contact. Elected to the Institute's National Council in 2000, Bob has chaired the IRRV's Commercial Services Committee. He was President of the Institute from October 2007 to October 2008.
