Bob has worked at North Warwickshire since March 2000 and has responsibility for a range of functions including Revenues, Benefits as well as all areas of Customer Contact. Elected to the Institute's National Council in 2000, Bob has chaired the IRRV's Commercial Services Committee. He was President of the Institute from October 2007 to October 2008.
